Our destination is the Ives Auditorium in Bloomington where we’ll begin with an included lunch of creamy chicken breast served with roasted red potatoes, glazed carrots, coleslaw, dinner roll, dessert and coffee or tea. (Special dietary meals are available by request ahead of time.) Then we’ll head for the theatre for Dancing Lessons. A professional dancer with a career-ending injury is thrown for a loop when a geoscientist shows up on her doorstep asking for a dance lesson. Offering her an absurd amount of money to teach him enough moves to avoid embarrassing himself at an awards dinner, these two mis-matched souls engage in a series of lessons that lead them both out of their comfort zone. As their relationship blossoms, they’re both caught off-guard by the hilarious and heartwarming discoveries they make about each other and about themselves. Charming, touching, funny and life-affirming, don’t miss this delightfully unpredictable romantic comedy.
