Tour registrants agree that neither Community Club Tours, its agents, escorts, nor coach drivers shall be liable for any damages, loss (including personal injury, death or property loss) or expenses incurred during the tour. If an adjustment in the tour schedule beyond the control of Community Club Tours is necessary, all attempts will be made to find suitable and equitable replacements. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the tour registrant, and any resulting savings will be refunded to the registrant. Your paid registration acknowledges agreement to release of liability of all the above listed.
Transportation carriers, hotels, restaurants and attraction agents are independent contractors and are not affiliated with Community Club Tours.
In the event that a tour must cancel, Community Club Tours is responsible only for a refund of the moneys paid to Community Club Tours by registrant.
Right of Refusal
I do reserve the right of refusal for any and all tours if it’s in the best interest of the group that an individual or individuals be excluded from a tour. Occasionally, I do have clients that just can’t be satisfied with a tour regardless of what I try to make them comfortable. I cannot and will not allow an individual to ruin what could be a wonderful experience for other guests.
Please contact me if you have any questions pertaining to use of wheelchairs, walkers, etc. You are welcome to bring them along. However, the driver and tour director are not responsible to assist you throughout the day. Please bring a friend if you need assistance with mobility. You must be able to get on and off the motor coach independently. You must inform me in advance if a front seat is necessary, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
Also, gluten-free diets are occasionally an issue. If that’s a concern for you, please let me know well in advance. If it’s a set meal, there’s not much I can do to assist you, but I will check it out.
It is not mandatory that you tip the tour director or the driver if you feel they have done an excellent job, but tips are certainly appreciated and accepted.
